Delivery and Pick Up

We ask for a 1 hour window for delivery and set up, and pick up and breakdown. This time does not get included in your rental time.

Cleaning

Cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. All equipment is cleaned and sanitized before and after each event (yes, even the ball pit).

Deposits and Reservations

We require a $100 non-refundable deposit for all rentals.  Final payment due three (3) days prior to event.

 

Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and event date scheduled,  all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus the $100 deposit is non-refundable.

Ordering a balloon arch? We ask for a separate $50 non-refundable deposit.

Age Range

Please see the package details for the specific age range for all events and packages.

Set up and Breakdown

Please allow up to 1 hour before and after your event for set up and break down (this will not be included in your rental time). Our team will do all of the heavy lifting. Play spaces will only be set up on solid, level ground. We will never accommodate areas with sand, gravel, tanbarks, extremely dirty or uneven surfaces. Please ensure there will be a space available to meet this requirement. Clean, flat, dry grass is okay.

Bounce houses require access to a dedicated outlet within 100 feet. Please keep that in mind when booking. 

Mother Nature

All soft play and bounce house set ups are subject to appropriate weather conditions.

 

If rain or high winds are forecasted during your event, please have an alternate indoor area prepared. Soft play equipment and bounce houses can become very slippery and hazardous to little one's in poor weather conditions. If you need to reschedule due to these conditions, your deposit will be used for the next available date. High temperatures above 89 degrees will require shade.  Please plan accordingly.

Space Requirements

Clients are responsible for making sure the rental will fit in the space prior to booking. We will do our best to accommodate a smaller space but there will be no refunds for equipment that will not fit.

Holiday Bookings

Please note, that during holiday weekends, we exclusively accommodate full bookings for our soft play zone and bounce house combo. 

Parties of 15+

Please note, on all our bookings we charge an additional $100 cleaning fee for parties with 15 or more children attending.

Balloon Arches

For customers purchasing a balloon arch. Party Time Co. uses professional quality latex balloons from the following suppliers: Sempertex, Tuftex and Qualatex. Please be advised that balloons, regardless of quality, may be susceptible to popping when exposed to sunlight and heat, and may be subject to movement or displacement in windy conditions. Please also note that once the balloons are set up, any popping or movement thereof due to sunlight, heat, or wind conditions shall not be our responsibility.
